As a part of your AIA internship experience, you'll be challenged to grow deeper in your walk with God through a training program designed specifically for interns. Our goal is to equip you to be effective and faithful leaders not only throughout your internship experience, but also in your future families, churches, communities and careers.
With the help of your trainer, you'll be guided through a curriculum that will span four broad categories: Evangelism & Apologetics, Ministry Development, Theology and Christian Worldview, Faith & Character. Through reading several books and articles, working through training modules and discussing the material with your trainer, you'll be challenged to grow in love for God with all your heart, soul and mind.
